📦 SHIPPING POLICY – Beauty Glyde
Beauty Glydeâ„¢ partners with major international shipping carriers like FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, and local couriers, allowing us to ship straight to your door with reliable service worldwide.
All orders are charged at checkout, and payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional review may be delayed or canceled.
Shipping Process
We require 2–5 business days on average to fulfill your order and hand it to our carrier. During peak seasons, holidays, or when certain products are in high demand, processing may take slightly longer (up to 10 business days).Â
Once your order begins processing through our shipping department, we cannot make any changes (including updating address details). We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.
We only ship on business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking details.Â
If your order contains multiple items, products may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number. Once your order is dispatched to the carrier’s sort facility, we’ll send you an email with the tracking info. For some carriers, tracking updates may take a few days to activate. If you’ve received a tracking number but see no information after 5 business days, please contact us.

Delivery timelines vary depending on your region. Below are estimated shipping windows (business days):

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import fees, duties, or customs clearance charges once reaching your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Beauty Glydeâ„¢ has no control over these charges nor can predict their amounts. If a shipment is refused and returned, the customer is responsible for import fees and any return shipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Beauty Glydeâ„¢ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the carrier indicates delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct before submitting the order. Once the order enters our shipping department, we cannot retrieve or reroute it for address changes.
