Refund Policy

💸 REFUND POLICY – Beauty Glyde

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and unworn

  • With all original packaging and tags

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, you can contact us at beautyglyde@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the address we provide upon approval.

Returns sent back to us without first requesting and receiving a return authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable)

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different shade, color, or variant, the fastest way is to return your item for a refund and place a separate order for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
